SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order for regular delivery of products on the alarvae.com website (hereinafter: Subscription), you agree to the following special terms and conditions, which supplement the General Terms and Conditions.

1. Order and Shipping Cycle

1.1. Cycle Selection: Upon registration, the subscriber selects the desired product delivery interval: once a month, once every 2 months, or once every 3 months . 1.2. The subscription is automatically renewed and charged on the selected day in the selected cycle, until the subscriber cancels or changes it.

2. Subscription Cancellation (Unsubscription)

2.1. The Subscriber may terminate his Subscription at any time via his user account LINK or by sending a notification to the e-mail address prodaja@alarvae.com . 2.2. Termination Deadline: Termination must be made before the date of automatic creation of the next order. In the event that the termination arrives after this date, the Customer will receive and pay for the last, already automatically created shipment.

3. Prices and Payments

3.1. Price Changes: The Company reserves the right to change the prices of products in the Subscription. 3.2. Notification of Change: Customers will be notified in advance of any upcoming price change by email. Upon receipt of the notification, the Customer has the right to immediately, free of charge, terminate the Subscription before the new price takes effect. If the Customer does not terminate the Subscription after notification, the Customer is deemed to have agreed to the new price.

4. Returns and Complaints

4.1. The same Returns and Complaints Policy applies to products received as part of a Subscription as to one-off purchases. 4.2. The customer can easily return the goods and is entitled to a new (exchange), another product or a refund, in accordance with the applicable General Terms and Conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability and Proper Use of Products

5.1. User Responsibility: The Client confirms that the products from black soldier fly larvae are intended as feed/supplement for animals. The Client assumes full responsibility for the appropriate use of the products and feeding of animals in accordance with applicable guidelines. 5.2. Key Warning for Use: In connection with the use of the products, the Client confirms that he is aware of and guarantees that the animals receiving this feed will have constant and unhindered access to clean, fresh drinking water . 5.3. Alarvae is not responsible for any consequences, injuries or health problems of animals that arise as a result of: * Incorrect or inappropriate use of the products (excessive feeding, incorrect feed mixture, etc.). * Failure to comply with this warning or other general instructions for the care and maintenance of animals.
